Our clubhouse is available for rent to any person, group, or company that is interested. All we ask is that you follows our rules and guidlines listed below, of course and give us a call. We will be more than happy to sit down with you and work out the details. Call the club at 856.629.9437 and we hope to see you here.

Basic Rental Rules

• The cost is $300 for every four hours and $50 for every additional hour after that. A minimum deposit of $150 is required at the time of lease signing.            

• There is a 100 person limit on the inside of the building for insurance and safety reasons.

• We ask there be no requests for Sundays until after 2 p.m. because a church uses our hall at that time

Rules Governing the Rental

1. Adult supervision is required at all rentals no matter the age of participants.

2. Lessee is responsible for all damage to club and its property during their rental.

3. No admission charge will be placed against any guest during the rental.

4. Alcoholic beverages will notor may not be sold during this rental. All food and beverages will be provided free to all guests.

5. Masking tape will be used on all decorations that are placed; not tacks, nails, or staples. All decorations will be removed at the conclusion of the event.

6. All trash liners will be secured and removed from the hall and placed outside the kitchen exit.

7. A clean up time of 1 hour is allowed after rental time to cleanup club.

8. Party / celebration should remain inside club. Loud music or announcements should not be outside of building. Consideration of club's neighbors should be exercised.

9. A $50.00 charge per hour will be imposed for every hour over four (4) contracted hours.
